【摘要】:1.1Thesepracticescoverproceduresformeasuringone-,two-,orthree-dimensionalvectorwindcomponentsandsonictemperaturebymeansofcommerciallyavailablesonicanemometer/thermometersthatemploytheinversetimemeasurementtechnique.Thesepracticesapplytothemeasurementofwindvelocitycomponentsoverhorizontalterrainusinginstrumentsmountedonstationarytowers.Thesepracticesalsoapplytospeedofsoundmeasurementsthatareconvertedtosonictemperaturesbutdonotapplytothemeasurementoftemperaturebytheuseofancillarytemperaturedevices.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
