【摘要】:Thisstandarddefinestestmethodsandcriteriaofacceptabilityfortestingtheperformanceofaloudspeakerorloudspeakersystemdesignedforconsumerusewithindefinedlimitsintheareasofpowercompression,harmonicdistortion,andacceleratedlifetesting,whenoperatedatorbelowtheoptimumamplifierpower.GuidelinesforusingthisstandardtoestablishppowerratingforaproductarepresentedinAnnexC(informative).Loudspeakersaretobetestedastheyareintendedtobeused.Transducersaretobetestedeitheronatestbaffle(seeAnnexB(normative))orintheenclosurerecommendedbythemanufacturer;manufacturer'sstatedratingsmustclearlyspecifyanysuchenclosure.Noexternalcrossovernetworkshallbeusedexceptasspecifiedbythemanufacturer.Systemsprovidedwithenclosuresand/orcrossovernetworksaretobetestedwithcrossovernetworksandenclosuresintact,unlessotherwisspecifiedbythemanufacturer.
