【摘要】:Specifiestestmethodsfortheassessmentofthelocaleffectsofanimplantmaterialonlivingtissue,atboththemacroscopicandmicroscopiclevel.Thelocaleffectsareevaluatedbyacomparisonofthetissueresponsecausedbyatestspecimentothatcausedbymaterialsusedinmedicaldeviceswhoseclinicalacceptabilityhasbeenestablished.Thetestmethodsforlocaleffectsafterimplantationareusedtoassesssubchroniceffects(short-term,upto12weeks),orchroniceffects(long-term,longerthan12weeks).
