【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationproposessimple,cheap,comparativetestsinordertodiscriminateeasily,inapanelofautomotivefloodedlead-acidbatteriesthemostacceptablemodelforPVIndividualElectrificationSystems.?Itcouldbeparticularlyusefulforprojectimplementerstotestinlaboratoriesofdevelopingcountries,thecapabilityoflocallymadecarortruckbatteriestobeusedfortheirproject.Furthermorebatterytestingspecificationsusuallyneedtoocostlyandtoomuchsophisticatedtestequipmenttobeappliedindevelopingcountrieslaboratories.Thetestsprovidedinthisdocumentallowtoassessbatteriesperformancesaccordingtothegeneralspecificationoftheproject(seeIEC62257-2)andbatteriesassociatedwiththeirBatteryManagementSystem(BMS)inashorttimeandwithcommontechnicalmeans.Theycanbeperformedlocally,ascloseaspossibletotherealsiteoperatingconditions.Thedocumentprovidesalsoregulationsandinstallationconditionstobecompliedwithinordertoensurethelifeandproperoperationoftheinstallationsaswellasthesafetyofpeoplelivinginproximitytotheinstallation.Thisdocumentisnotatypeapprovalstandard.ItisatechnicalspecificationtobeusedasguidelinesanddoesnotreplaceanyexistingIECstandardonbatteries.

【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesguidancetoassistinestimatingtheflowratewhenusingpressure-differentialdevicesconstructedoroperatedoutsidethescopeofISO5167-1.ItshouldnotbeinferredthatadditionaltolerancesorcorrectionscannecessarilycompensatefortheeffectsofdeviatingfromISO5167-1.Theinformationisgiven,inthefirstplace,toindicatethedegreeofcarenecessaryinthemanufacture,installationandmaintenanceofpressure-differentialdevicesbydescribingsomeoftheeffectsofnon-conformitytotherequirements;andinthesecondplace,topermitthoseuserswhomaynotbeabletocomplyfullywiththerequirementstoassess,howeverroughly,themagnitudeanddirectionoftheresultingerrorinflowrate.Eachvariationdealtwithistreatedasthoughitweretheonlyonepresent.Wheremorethanoneisknowntoexist,theremaybeunpredictableinteractionsandcarehastobetakenwhencombiningtheassessmentoftheseerrors.Ifthereisasignificantnumberoferrors,meansofeliminatingsomeofthemmustbeconsidered.ThevariationsincludedinthisTechnicalReportarebynomeanscompleteandrelatelargelytoexampleswithorificeplates.Thereare,nodoubt,manysimilarexamplesofinstallationsnotconformingtoISO5167-1forwhichnocomparabledatahavebeenpublished.Suchadditionalinformationfromusers,manufacturersandanyothersmaybetakenintoaccountinfuturerevisionsofthisTechnicalReport.
