【摘要】:ThispartofISO9241providesguidanceforassessingthevisualergonomicsofdisplaytechnologieswithuserperformancetestmethods(asopposedtotheopticaltestmethodsgiveninISO9241-305).Itsusewillhelptoensurethat,foragivencontextofuse,adisplaymeetsminimumvisualergonomicsrequirements.Itcoversonlyvisualattributesanddoesnotaddresstheergonomicsorusabilityofthewholeproductthathousesavisualdisplay.ThegeneralprincipleslaiddownbythispartofISO9241applytoanycolourormonochromevisualdisplayattachedtoasystemwithwhichhumanbeingsinteract.Thisincludes,butisnotlimitedto,visualdisplaysusedwithdesktopandportablecomputers,thoseusedonmobiledevicessuchasmobiletelephones,digitalcamerasandpersonaldigitalassistants,andstatusdisplaysusedonconsumerelectronicsequipmentsuchasprinters,in-carnavigationsystemsandmicrowaveovens.ItextendsthebasicideaofthevisualperformanceandcomforttestspecifiedinISO9241~3:1992/Amd.1:2000totheuseoftheperformanceandjudgmentofthedisplayendusersthemselvesforevaluatingthequalityofadisplay,andincludesamorediverserangeoftechnologies,users,tasksandenvironments.Becauseofthisdiversity,itisnotfeasibleforthispartofISO9241tostipulateasingle,generictestmethodthatcanbeusedwithalldisplaytechnologies.Instead,thebasicprinciplesforgeneratingatestmethodaregiven.Thismethodwillbevalidforevaluatingspecificdisplaysinspecificcontextsofuse:themethodgeneratedaccordingtoClause8isapplicableonlytotasksinvolvingthehandlingandprocessingoftext.Nootherexamplesaregiven.Anessentialpropertyoftheprocessisthatitpermitstheverificationoftheusabilityofavisualdisplayforarepresentativetask,performedbyrepresentativeusers,takingtheirperformanceandjudgmentasmeasuredqualityvalues.Itdoesnot,however,permitthemeasurementofspecificperceptualattributessuchasluminancecontrastordisplayflickerinisolation.ThemainusersofthispartofISO9241willbethosewhoprocuredisplaysorwhoneedtomeasuredisplayperformanceduringproductdevelopment.Itsapplicationassumesabackgroundinbehaviouralscience.
