【摘要】:Thisdocumentcoversthedeterminationofstress-strainrelationshipsandeffectivestresspathsforacylindrical,water-saturatedspecimenofundisturbed,remouldedorreconstitutedsoilwhensubjectedtoanisotropicorananisotropicstressunderundrainedordrainedconditionsandthereaftershearedunderundrainedordrainedconditionswithinthescopeofthegeotechnicalinvestigationsaccordingtoprEN1997-1and-2.Thetestmethodsprovidedatathatareappropriatetopresenttablesandplotsofstressversusstrain,andeffectivestresspaths.Specialproceduressuchas:a)Testswithlubricatedends;b)testswithlocalmeasurementofstrainorlocalmeasurementofporepressure;c)testswithoutrubbermembranes;d)extensiontests;e)shearingwherecellpressurevaries;f)shearingatconstantvolume(noporepressurechange)arenotcovered.Theconventionaltriaxialapparatusisnotwellsuitedformeasurementoftheinitialmoduliatverysmallstrains.However,strainshalfwayuptofailureareconsideredtobelargeenoughtobemeasuredinconventionaltriaxialcells.note:1)Watersaturatedreferstothein-situcondition.Thematerialtestedneednotnecessarilybesaturatedatallstagesduringthelaboratorytesting.
