【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61850appliestoprojectsassociatedwithprocessnearautomationsystemsofpowerutilities(UAS,utilityautomationsystem),likee.g.substationautomationsystems(SAS).ItdefinesthesystemandprojectmanagementforUASsystemswithcommunicationbetweenintelligentelectronicdevices(IEDs)inthesubstationrespectiveplantandtherelatedsystemrequirements.Thespecificationsofthispartpertaintothesystemandprojectmanagementwithrespectto:–theengineeringprocessanditssupportingtools;–thelifecycleoftheoverallsystemanditsIEDs;–thequalityassurancebeginningwiththedevelopmentstageandendingwithdiscontinuationanddecommissioningoftheUASanditsIEDs.Therequirementsofthesystemandprojectmanagementprocessandofspecialsupportingtoolsforengineeringandtestingaredescribed.
