【摘要】:ISO18595:2007specifiesrequirementsforresistancespotweldinginthefabricationofassembliesofaluminiumsheet,extrusions(bothwork-andage-hardeningalloys)and/orcastmaterialcomprisingtwoorthreethicknessesofmetal,wherethemaximumsingle(sheet)thicknessofcomponentstobeweldediswithintherange0,6mmto6mm.ISO18595:2007isapplicabletotheweldingofsheetsorplatesofdissimilarthicknesswherethethicknessratioislessthanorequalto3:1.Itappliestotheweldingofthreethicknesseswherethetotalthicknessislessthanorequalto9mm.WeldingwiththefollowingtypesofmachinesiswithinthescopeofISO18595:2007:pedestalweldingmachines;gunwelders;automaticweldingequipmentwherethecomponentsarefedbyrobotsorautomaticfeedingequipment;multi-welders;roboticwelders.Theweldingofcoatedmaterial,e.g.zinccoatedoranodisedmaterial,isnotwithinthescopeofISO18595:2007.
