【摘要】:ThispartofISO10846specifiesamethodfordeterminingthedynamictransferstiffnessfortranslationsofresilientsupports,underspecificpreload.Themethodconcernsthelaboratorymeasurementsofvibrationtransmissibilityandiscalledtheindirectmethod.Thismethodisapplicabletotestelementswithparallelflanges(seeFigure1).NOTE1VibrationisolatorswhicharethesubjectofthispartofISO10846arethosewhichareusedtoreducethetransmissionofaudiofrequencyvibrations(structurebornesound,20Hzto20kHz)toastructurewhichmay,forexample,radiateunwantedfluidbornesound(airborne,waterbomeorother).NOTE2Inpracticethesizeoftheavailabletestrig(s)cangiverestrictionsforverysmallandforverylargeresilientsupports.NOTE3Samplesofcontinuoussupportsofstripsandmatsareincludedinthemethod.Whetherornotthesampledescribesthebehaviourofthecomplexsystemsufficiently,istheresponsibilityoftheuserofthispartofISO10846.MeasurementsfortranslationsnormalandtransversetotheflangesarecoveredinthispartofISO10846.AnnexAprovidesguidanceforthemeasurementoftransferstiffnesseswhichincluderotatorycomponents.Themethodcoversthefrequencyrangefromf2uptof3.Thevaluesoff2andf3aredeterminedbythetestset-upandtheisolatorundertest.Typically20Hz≤f2≤50Hzand2kHz≤f3≤5kHz.ThedataobtainedaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinthispartofISO10846canbeusedfor—productinformationprovidedbymanufacturersandsuppliers,—informationduringproductdevelopment,—qualitycontrol,and—calculationofthetransferofvibrationthroughisolators.NOTE1Whenaresilientsupporthasnoparallelflanges,anauxiliaryfixtureshouldbeincludedaspartofthetestelementtoarrangeforparallelflanges.NOTE2Arrowsindicateloaddirection.
