【摘要】:Thistestmethodisconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsbecausecurrentestimatesofbetween-laboratoryprecisionareacceptableandthemethodisusedextensivelyinthetradeforacceptancetesting.5.1.1Iftherearedifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwolaboratories(ormore),comparativetestsshouldbeperformedtodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweenthem,usingcompetentstatisticalassistance.Asaminimum,usesamplesforsuchcomparativeteststhatareashomogeneousaspossible,drawnfromthesamelotofmaterialasthesamplesthatresultedindisparateresultsduringinitialtesting,andrandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratory.Thetestresultsfromthelaboratoriesinvolvedshouldbecomparedusingastatisticaltestforunpaireddata,ataprobabilitylevelchosenpriortothetestingseries.Ifbiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrected,orfuturetestresultsforthatmaterialmustbeadjustedinconsiderationoftheknownbias.Lineardensityofelastomericyarnsisusedinsomecalculationsfortensileandelasticproperties.Thetestmethodisbasedonelastomericyarnsinlthex201C;as-producedx201D;condition,butmaybeusedfortreatedelastomericyarnsprovidedthetreatmentisspecified.Themethoddoesnotcovertheremovaloffinishforthedeterminationoflineardensityofx201C;finish-freex201D;elastomericyarns.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthelineardensityofshortlengthsof"asproduced"elastomericyarnsmadefromrubber,spandexorotherelastomers.Note1Forthedeterminationoflineardensityofelastomericyarnsusingskeins,refertoTestMethodD6717.1.2Thistestmethodisnotapplicabletocovered,wrapped,orcore-spunyarns,oryarnsspunfromelastomericstaple,orelastomericyarnsremovedfromfabrics.1.3Thistestmethodisapplicabletoelastomericyarnshavingarangeof40to3200dtex(36to2900denier).1.4ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorU.S.Customaryunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.WithinthetesttheUSCustomaryunitsareinparentheses.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
