【摘要】:ThispartofISO18072providesgeneralrequirementsforthelimitstateassessmentofshipstructuresprimarilyusedinthetransportofcommercialgoodsandcargos.Forthepurposesofassessment,theeffectsofactionsonshipstructuresareconsideredinrespectofthefollowinglimitstates:serviceability,ultimate,fatigueandaccidental.TherequirementsofthispartofISO18072areapplicabletoglobalshipstructures,aswellasthestructuralcomponentsanddetailsformingsuchstructures.Therequirementsareapplicableduringthedesign,constructionandoperationofshipstructures.Therequirementsarealsoapplicabletotheconversionofexistingstructures.Aspectsrelatedtoqualitycontrolandqualityassurancearealsoaddressed.Whilstthemajorpartofthisdocumentassumestheuseinanassessmentofapartial-factorapproach,anapproachbasedonprobabilisticmethodsmayalsobeadopted.WhilstcompliancewiththerequirementsofthisandotherpartsofISO18072maybeusedtodemonstratestructuraladequacyofashipstructureoritscomponent,compliancewithotherinternationalandstandards,rulesandregulationsisrequired,asapplicabletotheshipconsidered.Theshipownerresponsibleforensuringcompliancewithallsuchstandards,rulesandregulations.
