【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationdescribesamethodfordeterminingthewet-roadskidresistanceofasurfacebymeasurementofthesideway-forcecoefficientSFCD.Themethodprovidesameasureofthewet-roadskidresistancepropertiesofaboundsurfacebymeasurementofsideway-forcecoefficientatacontrolledspeed.ThisTechnicalSpecificationcoverstheoperationofthesideway-forceCoefficientMachine(SKM)developedinGermany.TheSKMskidresistancemeasurementtechniquedeterminesthesideway-forceactingonaparticular,angledwheel.TheSKMmeasurementtechniquehasbeendevelopedforNetwork-widemeasurementsofskidresistanceduringroadmonitoringandassessmentofpavementsurfacesonGermanfederalmotorwaysandhighways.Itisalsoapplicabletoskidresistancemeasurementsforroadconstructioncontracts.Theskidresistanceofapavementisdeterminedbyfrictionmeasurementsandmeasurementsofpavementtexture.WheremeasurementofpavementtextureisrequiredthestandardforthismeasurementandthedeviceisdescribedinENISO13473-1.
